These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to www.applied-agentic.ai (the “Site”) operated by Applied Agentic Limited (“Applied Agentic”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is offered for general information about our company, illustrative agentic AI workflows, and research demonstrations. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment to provide services unless agreed separately in writing.
Much of the Site — including case studies, research decks, architecture diagrams, alternative-data snapshots, agent-synthesized briefings, and embedded market widgets — is provided for demonstration and illustrative purposes only to show how agentic research and synthesis workflows may operate. It is not a live production system, product offering, or implementation guarantee for your organisation unless we agree otherwise in a separate agreement.
Site content is not investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, digital asset, or financial product in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
Some content is produced or enriched by automated agents and large language models (LLMs), including EDGAR filing summaries, cross-market event briefings, and similar synthesis output. Such content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or heuristic cross-links that appear plausible but are incorrect (“hallucinations”).
The Site may display snapshots or embeds drawn from prediction markets (e.g. Polymarket), regulatory filings (SEC EDGAR 8-K and 13F-HR), and third-party market widgets (e.g. TradingView). These are provided for situational awareness and workflow demonstration, not as a data feed, trading signal, or compliance record.
Research library PDFs, architecture decks, and case-study videos or live demos may use synthetic, masked, or public-market examples. Proprietary algorithms, client data, and production implementation details are Applied Agentic intellectual property and are not fully disclosed on the Site.
Where a live demo triggers workflows on our infrastructure or processes voice audio, additional operational notices apply at the point of use (e.g. use synthetic data only; sessions may be recorded). Those notices supplement, and do not replace, these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, research decks, demonstration software, agent prompts, and media — are owned by Applied Agentic or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Open-source components used in the Site remain subject to their respective licences.
You may view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation, subject to these Terms. Slide decks and research PDFs are view-only in the embedded deck viewer — not offered for download. You must not:
The Site links to or embeds third-party services including TradingView, Polymarket, SEC EDGAR, OpenWidget, Google Fonts, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.
Voice intake and workflow-trigger demos may process audio, transcripts, or ticker inputs on our or our providers’ infrastructure. Use synthetic information only in public demo mode. Do not enter real client credentials, account numbers, or personal data unless under a written agreement that covers processing.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us when you use the Site.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Applied Agentic and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, any agent-generated content, or any linked third-party service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
